About The Heritage

The Heritage is a seasonal American restaurant in Forest Park, IL.

Their menu, which consists of a variety of small and large plates, is meant to be shared, or to be enjoyed as a coursed out meal. Chefs Sieger Bayer and Michael Spiewak have teamed up again, bringing their expertise from a broad range of cuisines and styles.

The cocktails are crafted to be seasonal and compliment the food menu. They offer house cocktail selections, which includes a weekly rotating "Something & Tonic" cocktail. The cocktail program is complemented by an approachable wine list, with most selections available by the glass, as well as a craft-focused beer list.

The elegant dining room seats 46 at tables and 8 at the bar, and serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
